Erandir is operated by Mitryco, LLC. References to "Erandir", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms mean Mitryco, LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Erandir, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Erandir on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Services

Erandir provides tools for managing corporate travel, including:

• Managing travelers, trips, tickets, documents, and statuses in one workspace.
• AI-powered processing of travel documents, data entry, groupings, and reports.
• Traveler self-registration, itineraries, and notifications.

4. Accounts and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• Keep credentials confidential and secure.
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
• Use Erandir in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws applicable to traveler data you submit.

5. Customer Data

You and your organization retain ownership of data and content you submit to Erandir, including traveler data and documents. You grant us a limited non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and transmit that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs, such as extracted ticket data, groupings, and reports, may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing critical travel information, such as dates, names, and documents, and for decisions based on any output.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Erandir for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Submit personal data you have no right to process or share.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems or other organizations' data.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Erandir without permission.

8. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

Fees, if any, are agreed individually with your organization. Fees are billed as agreed in your order form or subscription settings, and we will provide notice before any new charges apply to your organization. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Erandir and all related software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

11. Service Availability and Changes

Erandir is under active development. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erandir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mitryco, LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of Erandir, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Erandir at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Erandir after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
